This is for you if:

  • You plan your day around knowing where the nearest bathroom is

  • You’ve tried cutting out different foods to improve your digestion, with little or no relief

  • You’ve spent money on supplements that haven’t delivered results

  • You’re managing a chronic condition such as diabetes or heart disease and want clearer nutrition guidance

  • You’re ready to take control of your health and make meaningful, long-lasting changes

Your initial consultation

Nutrition and lifestyle changes can play a powerful role in helping you feel better in your body. Whether you’re managing digestive concerns such as IBS or living with chronic conditions like diabetes or heart disease, a personalised approach can support symptom relief, improve energy, and build long-term health with confidence.

What's included

  • A comprehensive initial consultation exploring your nutrition, supplements, lifestyle habits, symptoms, and relevant blood test results

  • A personalised, practical plan designed around your body, your lifestyle, and your health goals

  • Ongoing follow-up email support to help you feel supported, empowered, and confident between appointments

Follow-up consultation

Follow-up consultations are designed to support you as you put your nutrition and lifestyle changes into practice. These sessions help keep you feeling supported, confident, and on track.

“After my first session with Gia l knew l was on the right track to improving my health.

She is very personable and a good listener. Both of which makes for a very comfortable appointment.

Her sessions have been hands down the best value for money l have spent on my health in many years.

I wasn’t doing too much wrong with my diet but her expert knowledge and advice on how to tweak things for the better have been invaluable.”

Kate Price - January 2026

“I can’t recommend Gia highly enough! I first worked with Gia around 3 years ago when I was preparing my nutrition and overall health before falling pregnant with our son, and more recently again with our newborn daughter.

What really sets Gia apart is her personalised, realistic approach. Rather than handing you a strict meal plan, she takes the time to understand your food preferences and lifestyle, then makes small, sustainable tweaks that actually stick.

It never feels restrictive, just supportive and achievable.”
